Unofficial Arrangement
This is a private cost-sharing plan, no direct involvement of Google.
Single Point of Failure
The entire subscription depends on the plan manager. If their account has an issue, we all lose access.
No Direct Support
You must go through the plan manager for any issues; you can't contact Google support yourself.
Shared Responsibility
The 2 TB storage is a shared resource. Excessive use by one person could affect everyone.
Most Important: What Happens If You Leave?
This is the most critical part of our agreement. If you decide to leave the plan, or if the plan manager has to remove you, your Google Account itself remains safe. However, your access to the premium services will be revoked immediately.
Your Account will be SAFE, but Restricted.

Your Next Step
To restore full functionality, you must either delete files to get below the 15 GB free limit or purchase your own Google One plan. You can also download your files and back up them in any of your local storage like a Pendrive. Your existing files will not be deleted by Google for at least two years.
